Once you enter the store you receive an electronic shopping cart (don't worry, it doesn't weigh an ounce). If you see a product you might like, just drop it in the shopping cart by clicking on

When you're ready to proceed to the checkout area to pay for the items in your cart, just click on in your shopping cart, or on any other page.

This will bring you to the page called "Shipping Information."

Here you select amongst several shipping options and geographical regions. From this information we automatically calculate the correct sales tax (if any) and shipping costs.

 

About the Shipping Process

Whenever possible, we ship via the U.S.P.S. and U.P.S., utilizing a state-of-the-art computerized tracking system. Since not all carriers deliver to p.o. boxes, we must have both your street and postal addresses. Please be sure to include a phone number where you may be reached in case we have a question about your order.

Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order and payment. Payments made by credit card may ship sooner. However, special orders and items on backorder may take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know.

Unless otherwise specified all U.S. orders will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail. ($5 Shipping Cost). All Orders over $100 will have the shipping cost waved.

International Orders

All International orders will be pre-paid in U.S. funds and shipped by Global Priority Mail. ($10 Shipping Cost). All Orders over $100 will have the shipping cost waved.

Returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 charge.

If your order has a final destination within New Jersey, 6% sales tax will be added to your order.

A comfortable shopping experience means a lot to us. That's why we've provided a secure transaction system that does not endanger your name or credit information in any way.

Please fill out the order form completely. Many of the fields on the order form are required by our system, without them the order simply cannot be processed. Plus, we'll need accurate contact information should anything need to be adjusted.

What Happens Next?

Your credit transaction was approved.
You automatically receive a "Thank You" follow-up page providing you with contact information, should you need it.
 
As soon as your order is received it will be screened.
Most orders are perfect when we receive them. The order then passes through the system and you will be e-mailed an electronic invoice complete with your Order Number and a Tracking Number.
Sometimes we find an incomplete shipping address, or a similar problem. If this is the case, a Sales Representative will contact you directly.
Your credit transaction was denied.
You automatically receive a follow-up page with contact information to help you resolve the ordering problem.

 

When Do I Get My Merchandise?

Any order received by us before 1pm on any business day will be processed and shipped that same day. Any order received by us after 1pm on any business day, or on a weekend day or holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day.

What if you don't get your merchandise "on-time"

Check your e-mail invoice. There should be a Tracking Number in this message.

Other shipping companies can be tracked in a similar fashion.
If you cannot determine the status of your order, please call the Sales Desk for assistance at 1-201-796-3482.

What if your order is "Out of Stock"

If we're ever "Out of Stock" on any item you'll hear about it right away via e-mail and/or telephone. You can expect to be refunded any rush shipping charges in these instances.

Lost in the Aisles?

You never need to worry about your cart, because it contains no financial information whatsoever, just the cart contents (electronic products). If you just feel like leaving your cart in the aisle... no problem! Your cart is automatically removed by a store attendant.
